ABOUT SUPERVICX

A technology partner, not just a vendor

We work across the systems a business depends on — advisory, software, and the infrastructure underneath — so clients deal with one team instead of five.

OUR APPROACH

Systems, not one-off projects

Most technology problems don't live in a single department. A slow website, a stockroom that doesn't match the till, and a network that drops during peak hours are usually connected. Supervicx was built to work across that whole picture — consultancy, software, and the physical network — instead of handing clients off between specialists.

That's also why we build our own products, like POSlite: solving problems firsthand for clients taught us what off-the-shelf software usually gets wrong for smaller operations.

How a project runs

The same five stages whether it's a website, an ERP rollout, or a full office network.

PROCESS / 5 STAGES
01

Discover

We map what you actually need — current systems, constraints, budget and timeline — before proposing anything.

02

Design

A concrete plan: architecture, scope, and what the finished system will look like, agreed with you before build starts.

03

Build

Development, configuration or installation, with regular checkpoints so there are no surprises at the end.

04

Deploy

Go-live, data migration and staff training, timed to cause as little disruption to your operations as possible.

05

Support

We stay on after launch — monitoring, fixes and updates — because a system is only useful if it keeps working.

Proof, not promises

A snapshot of the work — replace with your real figures and client quotes before publishing.

"Our POS used to crash during peak hours. Since Supervicx set us up on POSlite, closing time actually matches what's in the till."

— Placeholder, Retail client

"They designed our network before installing anything. Six months later it still hasn't needed a single emergency call-out."

— Placeholder, Office client

"The ERP rollout was the first system change that didn't disrupt our month-end close."
